Bathroom...aaahhhhhhhh.
Ice cold beverages in a large capacity refrigerator...oooh baby.
Sofa...don't make us cover it in plastic now.
AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah...the whole band can jam & record together now in a 300+ sq. ft. instrument room!!!
There's a good chance an 80's era arcade game and foosball table in the recreational area / control room
Did we mention AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
